 edit card fee added to all credit card payments. Invoices wi
 ll be made Monday\, December 18 and will be sent by 11 am to 
 the email address registered with your account. If you want 
 to pay by credit card\, please reply to your invoice once it 
 is sent and we will set it up to pay by card. Other payment 
 forms include cash or good check. All items are selling in a
