 most part are all pretty much non running items that were ba
 rn and tree row finds. Please do not open the hoods on any v
 ehicle when you are inspecting so the hinges aren't damaged.
  This is a one of a kind auction! Date & Time: Saturday\, May
  4th\, 10:00 am Location: 12170 S 176th Road Bennet\, NE At t
 his auction\, you'll find a captivating assortment of non-run
 ning vehicles\, tractors and implements\, perfect for restorat
 ion projects\, decorative yard pieces\, valuable parts\, or eve
 n scrap metal. Please note that we're diligently sorting thr
 ough titles\, and while not all vehicles will be sold with a 
 title\, we'll update the online catalog as titles are sorted.
  Any vehicle sold with a title will be clearly noted in the 
 description. Online Bidding: Can't make it in person? No pro
 blem! Bid conveniently from wherever you are through the Sch
 aardt Auction bidding platform. A 5% online buyer's premium 
 charge will apply. Auction Amenities: To keep you fueled thr
 oughout the event\, we'll have a food truck on-site. Restroom
  facilities will also be available for your convenience. Tim
 e is of the Essence: This is not your ordinary auction\, and 
 there are no small items to sell. Please ensure you're punct
 ual\, as the auction will start promptly at 10 am. Loadout as
 sistance will be provided after the sale\, and all equipment 
 and vehicles must be removed from the auction site within 2 
 weeks following the event. Loadout Assistance: We understand
  the logistics of transporting your purchases\, so rest assur
 ed\, loadout assistance onto your trailers will be readily av
 ailable to facilitate a smooth process. Mark your calendar a
