DESCRIPTION:Place your BID's NOW!! Welcome to the Schaardt Auction Servi
 ce Annual End of the Year Equipment Auction. This auction is
  loaded with farm equipment\, tools\, tires\, and quality hay f
 rom multiple consignors across Southeast Nebraska! Buyers Pr
 emium: There is a 2% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling. L
 ocation and Pickup of Items: All lots will have a location 
 posted once you click into the lot. There will not be a cert
 ain pickup time or day except for those lots selling in Dubo
 is\, NE. Those lots will have pickup days of December 20 and 
 21 from 8 am -5 pm both days. All items located at other loc
 ations will need to be picked up after they are paid for and
  within 2 weeks of the auction date. The auction company wil
 l give out seller's phone numbers of those items after they 
 are paid for. Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to
  be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be adde
 d to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check\, 
 card (3.5% fee added)\, or cash. If paying by cash you will n
 eed to contact the auction company to pay the auction compan
 y directly. If paying by check and you mail the check\, pleas
 e expect a longer wait time to pick up your items. We will n
 ot release items for pickup until payment has been made.  S
 ales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all purch
 ases. If a purchase is ag exempt\, you will need to fill out 
 a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to have th
 e exemption.  Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No wa
 rranties either expressed\, implied\, or written are guarantee
 d to the buyer. All items will sell in as is\, where is condi
 tion on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe 
 items\, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage yo
 u to call the auction company before bidding on an item to s
 et up a time to pre inspect that item.  Invoices: Invoices
  will be sent out the day following the auction.  Auction C
 losing: This is a timed online auction with 2 lots closing 
 every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 2 minut
 es of the auction on a lot\, that lot will go into extended b
 idding for 90 seconds and will continue to extend until no m
