 ignment auction! All items are at our auction shed.  Place 
 your BID's NOW!! Welcome to the Schaardt Auction Service Mon
 thly Consignment Auction. This auction is loaded with great
  assets from various consignors.  Buyers Premium: There is
  a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling. Location and Pic
 kup of Items: All lots are located at 62348 717 RD\, Steinau
 er\, NE 68441. Pickup will be Monday\, December 30\, 2024 from 
 3-7 PM. We will have load out assistance on larger items usi
 ng a skid loader.  Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will n
 eed to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will b
 e added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by c
 heck\, card (3.5% fee added)\, or cash. If you are paying by c
 ard\, please reply via email to your invoice to let us know a
 nd we will send an updated invoice to you before you come to
  pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. A
 ny returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee.  We wi
 ll not release items for pickup until payment has been made.
   Sales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all p
 urchases. If a purchase is ag exempt\, you will need to fill 
 out a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to hav
 e the exemption.  Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: N
 o warranties either expressed\, implied\, or written are guara
 nteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is\, where is c
 ondition on the date of the auction. We do our best to descr
 ibe items\, but we are human and can miss things. We encourag
 e you to call the auction company before bidding on an item 
 to set up a time to pre inspect that item.  Invoices: Invo
 ices will be sent out the day following the auction.  Aucti
 on Closing: This is a timed online auction with 4 lots clo
 sing every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 2 
 minutes of the auction on a lot\, that lot will go into exten
 ded bidding for 90 seconds and will continue to extend until
