 d loader. Buyer Information & Payment Terms A 10% buyer’s 
 premium applies to all purchases. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5%
  will be charged unless a completed Nebraska Form 13 is subm
 itted prior to invoicing for tax-exempt agricultural purchas
 es. Invoices under $5\,000 may be paid by cash\, check\, or cre
 dit card (3.5% convenience fee for credit cards). Invoices o
 ver $5\,000 must be paid by wire transfer\; a $20 wire fee wil
 l be added. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. Paymen
 t must be made before items will be released at pickup. Auct
 ion Format This is a timed online auction with 5 lots closin
 g every 2 minutes. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minu
 tes of a lot’s countdown\, that lot will extend by 60 secon
 ds and continue to extend as long as bidding continues. As-I
