 ing applies if bids are placed in the final 2 minutes of a l
 ot’s closing. Buyer's Premium: A 10% buyer's premium will 
 be added to all winning bids. Item Pickup: Pickup will be he
 ld on Monday\, August 4\, 2025\, from 2:00–6:00 PM at 3024 K-
