 er 2025 Overstock Online Auction\, featuring an excellent sel
 ection of Home Depot overstock and return merchandise\, along
  with a variety of brand-new equipment and specialty items. 
 This auction includes new 4- and 6-seat golf carts\, new elec
 tric tricycles\, new mini dumpers\, new car lifts\, and more. H
 ome Depot merchandise includes Mohawk Flooring\, doors\, house
 hold electronics\, new items\, returns\, tools\, and general mer
 chandise—something for every buyer. This is an online-only
  auction with a staggered soft close beginning December 20 a
 t 6:00 PM. Items are located at the Steinauer facility unles
 s otherwise noted. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By bidding in the auct
 ion\, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction. B
 UYER PREMIUM 10% Buyer’s Premium applies to all lots. AS-I
 S\, WHERE-IS – NO WARRANTIES All items sell AS-IS\, WHERE-IS
  with all faults and flaws. No warranties are expressed or i
 mplied. Items have not been tested by the auction company un
 less stated in the description. Some items may have minor co
 smetic damage from shipping or may be returns with slight im
 perfections. Mechanical issues may or may not be noted. Bidd
 ers are strongly encouraged to inspect and test items in per
 son prior to bidding. PAYMENT TERMS Invoices are due Sunday\,
  December 21 by 5:00 PM. Accepted forms of payment: Cash\, ch
 eck\, wire transfer Any invoice over $5\,000 requires wire tra
 nsfer (+$20 service fee) Invoices under $5\,000 may be paid b
 y check\, cash\, or credit card (3.5% fee) Items will not be r
 eleased until payment is made in full Returned checks incur 
 a $50 fee. Late payments incur $25/day. Any cash payment ove
 r $10\,000 will be filed with the IRS as required. Sales tax:
  5.5% Nebraska tax applies\, plus any additional county/city 
 tax. Nebraska Form 13 is required for Ag/Resale exemptions.

  refund. AUCTION CLOSING DETAILS Soft Close: Any bid within 
 the last 2 minutes extends the lot to 1 minute. Staggered Cl
 osing: Five lots close every 2 minutes. Grouped Lots: Simila
 r items may close together and will extend together. INSPECT
 ION All items are available for inspection. Items may be at 
 SAS or at a seller’s location. Contact information is list

 y. NON-PAYING BIDDERS Non-paying bidders will be permanently
  banned and held liable for all damages\, resale losses\, and 
 legal expenses. Do not bid unless you intend to pay. CATALOG
  DISCREPANCIES You are bidding on the item description\, not 
 the photos. Descriptions are believed accurate but not guara
 nteed. All sales are final. TITLED ITEMS A $25 Title Fee app
 lies. Titles are mailed via certified mail within 21 days af
