Items not removed within 45 days of the auction will become property of the auction company with no refunds issued. Payment Terms Invoices are d ue by Tuesday\, February 10\, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Accepted paymen t methods include cash\, check\, wire transfer\, and credit car d. Invoices over $5\,000 must be paid by wire transfer and wi ll include a $20 wire service fee. Invoices under $5\,000 may be paid by cash\, check\, or credit card (3.5% processing fee ). Credit card payments must be made through the online invo ice prior to pickup. Returned checks will incur a $50 fee. I tems will not be released until payment has been received. L ate payments will be charged a $25 per day late fee.
