Cond ition of Items All items sell AS-IS\, WHERE-IS\, with all faul ts and flaws\, with no warranties stated or implied. Items ha ve not been tested unless specifically stated in the item de scription. Items may have cosmetic damage from shipping\, inc luding but not limited to scratches\, paint chips\, or cracks. While obvious mechanical issues may be noted if observed\, n ot every function of every item is tested. Bidders are stron gly encouraged to inspect and test items prior to bidding. I nspection All items are available for inspection prior to th e auction. Items may be located at the auction company’s y ard or at the seller’s location. Seller contact informatio n is listed on each lot. It is the buyer’s sole responsibi lity to inspect items\, determine condition\, and bid accordin gly. Payment Terms Invoices are due no later than Friday\, Fe bruary 20\, 2026 by 5:00 PM. Accepted forms of payment includ e: Cash Check Wire Transfer (additional $20 fee) Credit Card accepted on invoices under $2\,000 only (3.5% processing fee ) Any payment not received by the deadline will be assessed a $25 per day late fee. Cash payments over $10\,000 will be r eported per IRS requirements. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% wil l be added to all invoices. Any applicable city or county ta x will also apply. Buyers claiming agricultural or resale ex emption must submit a completed Nebraska Form 13 unless one is already on file. All sales are final with absolutely no r efunds. Pickup and Loading Items located at the auction yard must be removed during scheduled pickup times unless prior arrangements are made. Pickup Dates: Wednesday\, February 18 through Friday\, February 20 Time: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Loadin g assistance is available for items at the auction yard by s cheduling loadout with Clay at 402-862-5903 or by arriving d uring pickup hours. Items not picked up will incur a $25 per day per item storage fee. Items not removed within 45 days will become property of the auction company with no refunds. Items located offsite at the seller’s location must be re moved within 10 days of the auction. Storage fees of $25 per day begin on day 10 and are payable directly to the seller. After 45 days\, ownership reverts back to the seller with no refund or proceeds due to the buyer. 40-foot storage contai ners cannot be loaded until the week following the auction a nd are by appointment only. Auction Closing This auction fea tures a staggered soft close. Any bid placed within the fina l two minutes of a lot will reset that lot’s timer to one minute. This will continue until no bids are placed during t he final minute. Lots are staggered to close every two minut es. Grouped lots may close simultaneously and will extend if any lot in the group receives a bid. Titles A $25 title fee will be charged on all titled items. Titles will be mailed via certified mail within 21 days after items are paid for a nd picked up. No exceptions. Non-Paying Bidders Non-paying b idders will be permanently banned from all Schaardt Auction Service online and live auctions. If an item must be resold\, the original buyer will be responsible for any loss in valu e. All legal fees and collection costs incurred by the aucti on company will be the responsibility of the buyer. Catalog Discrepancies Bidders are bidding on the item description\, n ot the photograph. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. It is the buyer’s responsibility t o determine condition and suitability. All sales are final w ith no refunds.
