 r grills\, Milwaukee\, DeWalt\, Ryobi\, Husky\, and Rigid tools\, 
 along with appliances\, refrigerators\, furniture\, bathroom va
 nities\, canopy tents\, and much more. Inventory ranges from b
 rand-new items to customer returns and overstock\, making thi
 s a must-bid event for homeowners\, contractors\, resellers\, a
 nd DIY enthusiasts. Bidding is now open and the auction will
  begin closing with a staggered soft close starting at 5:00 
 PM on Sunday\, February 22. This format creates a live auctio
 n atmosphere\, with bids placed in the final minute extending

  15% on all lots Sales Tax: 5.5% Nebraska sales tax will be 
 added to all invoices (additional local tax may apply). Tax 
 exemption requires a completed Nebraska Form 13 on file. Con
 dition: All items sell AS-IS\, WHERE-IS\, with all faults and 
 flaws. No warranties are stated or implied. Items are not te
 sted unless noted in the description. Cosmetic or mechanical
  issues may be present\, especially on return items. Buyer in
 spection is strongly encouraged. Inspection: Items are avail
 able for inspection prior to the auction. Buyer is solely re
 sponsible for determining condition and suitability before b
 idding. Payment Deadline: Invoices must be paid by Thursday\,
  February 26 at 5:00 PM. Accepted payments include cash\, che
 ck\, wire transfer\, and credit card (3.5% fee). Any invoice o
 ver $5\,000 must be paid by wire transfer (additional $20 wir
 e fee). Late payments are subject to a $25 per day late fee.
  Pickup / Loadout: Wednesday\, February 25 and Thursday\, Febr
 uary 26 from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Items not picked up will in
 cur a $25 per day\, per item storage fee. Items not removed w
 ithin 45 days become property of the auction company with no
  refund. Non-Paying Bidders: Failure to pay will result in p
 ermanent banning from all Schaardt Auction Service auctions.
