  at 6:00 PM using a staggered closing format. Auction Terms 
 (Highlights) Agreement to Terms: By bidding in this auction\,
  you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction. Buyer
 ’s Premium: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all p
 urchases. Condition of Items: All items sell AS-IS\, WHERE-IS
  with all faults and flaws. Items have not been tested by th
 e auction company unless otherwise stated in the lot descrip
 tion. Items may have cosmetic damage from shipping such as s
 cratches\, paint chips\, or cracks. Some items are customer re
 turns and may have minor flaws or missing components. Bidder
 s are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Payment:
  Invoices are due by Friday\, April 3 at 5:00 PM. Accepted fo
 rms of payment include cash\, check\, credit card (3.5% fee)\, 
 or wire transfer ($20 fee). Invoices over $5\,000 must be pai
 d by wire transfer. Items will not be released until payment
  is made. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% plus any applicable loc
 al tax will be added unless a Nebraska Form 13 exemption is 
 on file. Pickup / Loadout: All items must be picked up at th

 n the following days: Thursday\, April 2 – 9:00 AM to 5:00

 p during the scheduled loadout will be charged $25 per day p
 er item in storage fees. Staggered Closing: The auction feat
 ures a soft close format. Any bid placed in the final minute
  will reset the countdown clock to one minute until bidding 
 stops. Inspection: Inspection is available prior to the auct
 ion. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and determi
 ning condition before bidding. Non-Paying Bidders: Failure t
 o pay invoices may result in permanent removal from all Scha
 ardt Auction Service auctions\, and the bidder will be liable
  for any losses or collection costs. All sales are final. No
  refunds.
