 all lots. CONDITION OF ITEMS: All items sell AS-IS\, WHERE-IS
  with all faults and flaws. No warranties are expressed or i
 mplied. Items have not been fully tested unless otherwise no
 ted. Many items are returns or overstock and may have minor 
 cosmetic damage such as scratches\, dents\, or missing packagi
 ng. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding
 . PAYMENT TERMS Invoices are due by Friday\, April 17 at 5:00
  PM. Accepted payment methods include cash\, check\, and wire 
 transfer. Invoices over $5\,000 must be paid by wire transfer
  (a $20 wire fee applies) Invoices under $5\,000 may be paid 
 by cash\, check\, or credit card (3.5% fee on cards) Returned 
 checks are subject to a $50 fee Late payments will incur a $
 25 per day late fee Items will not be released until payment
  is made Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will apply where applica

 ures a soft close. Any bid placed within the final minute wi
 ll reset bidding to 1 minute. Lots close in intervals of six
