 ms. Whether you’re a contractor\, handyman\, or homeowner\, t
 his auction offers excellent buying opportunities across all

 rior to bidding. PAYMENT: Invoices are due by Friday\, April 
 17 at 5:00 PM. We accept cash\, check\, and wire transfer. Inv
 oices over $5\,000 must be paid by wire transfer ($20 fee app
 lies). Invoices under $5\,000 may be paid by cash\, check\, or 
 credit card (3.5% fee). A $50 fee applies to returned checks
 . Late payments are subject to a $25 per day fee. Nebraska s
 ales tax of 5.5% applies unless a valid Form 13 is provided.
  LOADOUT: Pickup will be Wednesday\, April 15 and Thursday\, A
 pril 17 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Items not picked up during 
 scheduled times will incur a $25 per day\, per item storage f
 ee and may be forfeited. STAGGERED & SOFT CLOSE: Auction fea
 tures a soft close with 6 lots closing every 1.5 minutes. Bi
 ds placed in the final minute will reset the countdown to 1 
 minute. INSPECTION: Items are available for inspection prior
  to the auction by appointment. Contact information is liste
 d per lot. NON-PAYING BIDDERS: Failure to pay will result in
