 ay 18. All items are located at the Schaardt Auction Yard\, 7
 1644 NE-50\, Steinauer\, NE 68441. Bid now and take advantage

 o the highest bidders. AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding in the
  auction\, you agree to all terms and conditions of the aucti
 on. BUYER PREMIUM: 15% Buyers Premium on all Lots. ALL ITEMS
  SELL AS-IS WHERE-IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAWS: Items sell wit
 h no warranty stated or implied. Items have not been tested 
 by the auction company unless it is stated in the item descr
 iption. Items may have slight cosmetic damage from shipping\,
  which could include cracks\, paint chips\, and scratches. Som
 e items may be return items and could contain minor flaws. I
 f obvious mechanical flaws are noticed\, they may be disclose
 d\, but every function of every item is not tested. Bidders a
 re strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. PA
 YMENT: Invoices are due by Wednesday\, May 20 at 5:00 PM. We 
 accept CASH\, CHECK\, and WIRE TRANSFERS. Any invoice over $5\,
 000 must be paid by wire transfer and will incur a $20 wire 
 fee. Invoices under $5\,000 may be paid by cash\, check\, or cr
 edit card with a 3.5% convenience fee. Credit card payments 
 should be completed online prior to pickup. Returned checks 
 will incur a $50 fee. No items will be released until paymen
 t has been made. Any unpaid invoice after Wednesday\, May 20 
 at 5:00 PM will be subject to a $25 per day late fee. Nebras
 ka sales tax of 5.5% will apply where applicable. Additional
  local taxes may also apply. Tax exempt buyers must provide 
 a completed Nebraska Form 13 unless already on file with the
  auction company. LOADING & PICKUP: Items must be picked up 
 on Tuesday\, May 19 or Wednesday\, May 20 from 9:00 AM to 5:00
  PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items not picked up during the scheduled
  loadout times will be considered forfeited and bidders may 
 be banned from future auctions. Buyers are responsible for b
 ringing their own loading assistance. STAGGERED CLOSING: Thi
 s auction features a soft close. Any bid placed within the f
 inal minute of a lot will extend bidding on that item by 1 m
 inute. Five lots will close every 1 1/2 minutes until all lo
 ts are sold. GROUPED LOTS: Certain similar lots may be group
 ed together and close simultaneously. If bidding occurs on o
 ne of the grouped lots\, all lots within that group will exte
 nd. INSPECTION: All items are available for inspection prior
  to the auction. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and 
 determine condition before bidding. It is solely the buyerâ€
 ™s responsibility to inspect and bid accordingly. NONPAYING 
 BIDDERS: Nonpaying bidders will be banned indefinitely from 
 participating in future Schaardt Auction Service auctions. A
 ny losses\, legal fees\, or collection expenses incurred due t
 o nonpayment will be the responsibility of the buyer. CATALO
 G DISCREPANCIES: Buyers are bidding on the described item\, n

  TITLED ITEMS: A $25 title fee will apply to any titled item
 . Titles will be mailed by certified mail within 21 days aft
 er payment and pickup are completed. Schaardt Auction Servic

  or modify closing times\, or cancel the auction if necessary
  due to technical or operational issues. All sales are final
