 ion features over 50 lots of vintage trucks\, log skidders\, h
 eavy equipment\, tractors\, scrap metal\, and more. Highlights 
 include a John Deere 544B Payloader\, Ford 6600 Tractor\, mult
 iple vintage trucks\, logging equipment\, and additional machi
 nery that has been sitting for several years and is ready fo
 r restoration\, repair\, parts\, or salvage. If you enjoy old i
 ron\, restoration projects\, or are looking for equipment and 
 scrap opportunities\, this is an auction you will not want to
  miss. The online auction will begin to close at 6:00 PM on 
 Wednesday\, May 27. PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO LOADOUT ASS
 ISTANCE available for this auction. Buyers must bring their 
 own equipment\, trailers\, chains\, winches\, manpower\, and load
 ing assistance. AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding in the auctio
 n\, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction. BUY
 ER PREMIUM: 10% Buyers Premium on all Lots. ALL ITEMS SELL A
 S-IS WHERE-IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAWS: These items have been
  sitting for years and will all need TLC. Items sell with no
  warranty stated or implied. Items have not been tested by t
 he auction company unless it is stated in the item descripti
 on. Items may have cosmetic damage\, rust\, missing parts\, mec
 hanical issues\, and other flaws associated with long-term st
 orage. If obvious mechanical flaws are noticed\, they may be 
 disclosed\, but every function of every item is not tested. B
 idders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bid
 ding. PAYMENT: Invoices are due by Friday\, May 29 at 5:00 PM
 . We accept CASH\, CHECK\, and WIRE TRANSFERS. Any invoice ove
 r $5\,000 must be paid by wire transfer and will incur a $20 
 wire fee. Invoices under $5\,000 may be paid by cash\, check\, 
 or credit card with a 3.5% convenience fee. Credit card paym
 ents should be completed online prior to pickup. Returned ch
 ecks will incur a $50 fee. No items will be released until p
 ayment has been made. Any unpaid invoice after Friday\, May 2
 9 at 5:00 PM will be subject to a $25 per day late fee. Nebr
 aska sales tax of 5.5% will apply where applicable. Addition
 al local taxes may also apply. Tax exempt buyers must provid
 e a completed Nebraska Form 13 unless already on file with t
 he auction company. LOADING & PICKUP: Items must be picked u
 p within 2 weeks of the auction closing. THERE WILL BE NO LO
 ADOUT ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyers are solely
  responsible for bringing all equipment\, tools\, trailers\, ch
 ains\, labor\, and loading assistance necessary for removal. I
 tems not removed within 2 weeks will be considered forfeited
  and bidders may be banned from future auctions. STAGGERED C
 LOSING: This auction features a soft close. Any bid placed w
 ithin the final minute of a lot will extend bidding on that 
 item by 1 minute. Three lots will close every 2 minutes unti
 l all lots are sold. GROUPED LOTS: Certain similar lots may 
 be grouped together and close simultaneously. If bidding occ
 urs on one of the grouped lots\, all lots within that group w
 ill extend. INSPECTION: All items are available for inspecti
 on prior to the auction. Buyers are encouraged to inspect it
 ems and determine condition before bidding. It is solely the
  buyer’s responsibility to inspect and bid accordingly. NO
 NPAYING BIDDERS: Nonpaying bidders will be banned indefinite
 ly from participating in future Schaardt Auction Service auc
 tions. Any losses\, legal fees\, or collection expenses incurr
 ed due to nonpayment will be the responsibility of the buyer
 . CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: Buyers are bidding on the described
  item\, not the photograph. Descriptions are believed to be a
 ccurate but are not guaranteed. All sales are final with no 
 refunds. TITLED ITEMS: A $25 title fee will apply to any tit
 led item. Titles will be mailed by certified mail within 21 
 days after payment and pickup are completed. Schaardt Auctio
 n Service reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items
 \, extend or modify closing times\, or cancel the auction if n
 ecessary due to technical or operational issues. All sales a
