 ction offers an outstanding selection of new inventory selli
 ng to the highest bidder. This online auction will begin clo
 sing Wednesday\, May 27 at 1:00 PM CST. All items are located
  at the Schaardt Auction Service Auction Facility at 71644 N
 E-50\, Steinauer\, NE 68441. All lots sell absolute to the hig
 hest bidder with no reserve prices. AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By b
 idding in the auction\, you agree to all terms and conditions
  of the auction. LOCATION OF ITEMS: All lots are located at 
 our auction facility at 71644 NE-50\, Steinauer\, NE 68441. RE

 he highest bidder. BUYER PREMIUM: 4% Buyers Premium on all L
 ots. ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS WHERE-IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAWS: 
 Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. Items have no
 t been tested by the auction company unless stated in the it
 em description. Items may have slight cosmetic damage from s
 hipping which could include scratches\, paint chips\, and mino
 r imperfections. If obvious mechanical flaws are noticed\, th
 ey may be disclosed\, however not every function of every ite
 m is tested. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect item
 s prior to bidding. PAYMENT: Invoices are due by Thursday\, M
 ay 28 at 5:00 PM. We accept CASH\, CHECK\, and WIRE TRANSFERS.
  CREDIT CARDS are accepted only on invoices under $2\,000 and
  are subject to an additional 3.5% processing fee. Wire Tran
 sfers are subject to a $20 fee. Any payment not received by 
 Thursday\, May 28 at 5:00 PM will incur a $25 per day late fe
 e. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be added where applicable
  unless a Nebraska Form 13 is provided and approved. All sal
 es are final with absolutely no refunds. LOADING & PICKUP: P
 ickup will be Wednesday\, May 27 immediately following the au
 ction until 5:00 PM and Thursday\, May 28 from 9:00 AM to 4:3
 0 PM. Loading assistance will be available at the auction ya
 rd during scheduled pickup times. Items not removed within t
 he scheduled timeframe will incur storage fees of $25 per da
 y per item. STAGGERED CLOSING: This auction features a soft 
 close format. Any bid placed within the final 2 minutes of b
 idding will extend that lot by 1 minute. Four lots will clos
 e every 2 minutes until all lots are sold. GROUPED LOTS: Cer
 tain similar items may close together in grouped lot closing
 s. If one lot in the group receives a bid during the extensi
 on period\, all lots in the group will extend. INSPECTION: Al
 l items are available for inspection prior to the auction. B
 uyers are responsible for determining the condition and suit
 ability of items before bidding. NONPAYING BIDDERS: Nonpayin
 g bidders will be permanently banned from participating in f
 uture auctions and may be subject to legal action and collec
 tion expenses. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: Buyers are bidding on 
 the description\, not the photograph. Descriptions are believ
 ed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are respons
 ible for verifying all information and inspecting items prio
 r to bidding. TITLES: A $25 title fee will apply to any titl
 ed item. Titles will be mailed via certified mail within 21
