 MS SELL AS-IS WHERE-IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAWS: Items sell w
 ith no warranty stated or implied. Items have not been teste
 d by the auction company unless stated in the item descripti
 on. Items may have slight cosmetic damage from shipping incl
 uding scratches\, paint chips\, dents\, or cracks. If obvious m
 echanical flaws are noticed\, they may be disclosed\, however 
 every function of every item is not tested. Bidders are stro
 ngly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. PAYMENT: 
 Invoices are due by Thursday\, June 11 at 5:00 PM. We accept 
 CASH\, CHECK\, and WIRE TRANSFERS. CREDIT CARDS are accepted o
 n invoices under $2\,000 only with an additional 3.5% fee. Wi
 re transfers will have a $20 fee added. Any payment not rece
 ived by Thursday\, June 11 at 5:00 PM will be subject to a $2
 5 per day late fee. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will apply wh
 ere applicable unless a Nebraska Form 13 is provided and app
 roved. All sales are final with absolutely no refunds. LOADI
 NG & PICKUP: Pickup will be Wednesday\, June 10 and Thursday\,
  June 11 from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Loading assistance is avail
 able at the auction yard during scheduled pickup times. Buye
 rs are responsible for removing all items during the designa
 ted pickup period unless arrangements are made in advance. S
 torage fees of $25 per day per item will apply to items not 
 removed on time. Please note: The 40’ Storage Container wi
 ll not be loaded until the week following the auction and pi
 ckup will be by appointment only. STAGGERED & SOFT CLOSE: Th
 is auction features a staggered closing with soft close bidd
 ing. Any bid placed within the final 2 minutes of bidding wi
 ll extend that lot by 1 minute until no further bids are pla
 ced. Four lots will close every 2 minutes. GROUPED LOTS: Cer
 tain similar items may close together in grouped lots. If on
 e grouped lot receives a bid within the extension period\, al
 l lots in that group will extend. INSPECTION: All items are 
 available for inspection prior to the auction by appointment
 . Buyers are solely responsible for determining the conditio
 n and suitability of items before bidding. NON-PAYING BIDDER
 S: Non-paying bidders will be permanently banned from future
  auctions and may be subject to legal action and collection 
 costs. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: Buyers are bidding on the desc
 ribed item\, not the photograph. Descriptions are believed ac

 ect all items and bid accordingly. TITLED ITEMS: A $25 title
  fee will apply to all titled items. Titles will be mailed b
