 evrolet S10 Pickup\, beautiful vintage furniture\, household g
 oods\, antiques\, collectibles\, décor\, sewing-related items\, 
 and much more. Kay taught Home Economics for many years and 
 was an avid sewer with a true appreciation for quality items
  and well-kept furnishings. This auction offers a wonderful 
 selection of unique and hard-to-find pieces along with pract
 ical household items. The online auction will begin to close
  at 6:00 PM on Thursday\, June 11. Be sure to browse the comp
 lete catalog and place your bids early. AGREEMENT TO TERMS: 
 By bidding in the auction\, you agree to all terms and condit
 ions of the auction. BUYER PREMIUM: 15% Buyers Premium on al
 l Lots. ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS WHERE-IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAW
 S: Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. Items have
  not been tested by the auction company unless it is stated 
 in the item description. Items may have slight cosmetic dama
 ge from shipping\, which could include cracks\, paint chips\, a
 nd scratches. Some items may be return items and could conta
 in minor flaws. If obvious mechanical flaws are noticed\, the
 y may be disclosed\, but every function of every item is not 
 tested. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items pri
 or to bidding. PAYMENT: Invoices are due by Friday\, June 12 
 at 5:00 PM. We accept CASH\, CHECK\, and WIRE TRANSFERS. Any i
 nvoice over $5\,000 must be paid by wire transfer and will in
 cur a $20 wire fee. Invoices under $5\,000 may be paid by cas
 h\, check\, or credit card with a 3.5% convenience fee. Credit
  card payments should be completed online prior to pickup. R
 eturned checks will incur a $50 fee. No items will be releas
 ed until payment has been made. Any unpaid invoice after Fri
 day\, June 12 at 5:00 PM will be subject to a $25 per day lat
 e fee. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will apply where applicabl
 e. Additional local taxes may also apply. Tax exempt buyers 
 must provide a completed Nebraska Form 13 unless already on 
 file with the auction company. LOADING & PICKUP: Items must 
 be picked up on Friday\, June 12 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. NO 
 EXCEPTIONS. Items not picked up during the scheduled loadout
  times will be considered forfeited and bidders may be banne
 d from future auctions. Buyers are responsible for bringing 
 their own loading assistance. STAGGERED CLOSING: This auctio
 n features a soft close. Any bid placed within the final min
 ute of a lot will extend bidding on that item by 1 minute. F
 ive lots will close every 1 1/2 minutes until all lots are s
 old. GROUPED LOTS: Certain similar lots may be grouped toget
 her and close simultaneously. If bidding occurs on one of th
 e grouped lots\, all lots within that group will extend. INSP
 ECTION: All items are available for inspection prior to the 
 auction. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and determin
 e condition before bidding. It is solely the buyer’s respo
 nsibility to inspect and bid accordingly. NONPAYING BIDDERS:
  Nonpaying bidders will be banned indefinitely from particip
 ating in future Schaardt Auction Service auctions. Any losse
 s\, legal fees\, or collection expenses incurred due to nonpay
 ment will be the responsibility of the buyer. CATALOG DISCRE
 PANCIES: Buyers are bidding on the described item\, not the p
 hotograph. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are 
 not guaranteed. All sales are final with no refunds. TITLED 
 ITEMS: A $25 title fee will apply to any titled item. Titles
  will be mailed by certified mail within 21 days after payme
 nt and pickup are completed. Schaardt Auction Service reserv
 es the right to withdraw or re-catalog items\, extend or modi
 fy closing times\, or cancel the auction if necessary due to 
 technical or operational issues. All sales are final upon ce
