Buyers are respon sible for bringing their own loading assistance. STAGGERED C LOSING: This auction features a soft close. Any bid placed w ithin the final minute of a lot will extend bidding on that item by 1 minute. Five lots will close every 1 1/2 minutes u ntil all lots are sold. GROUPED LOTS: Certain similar lots m ay be grouped together and close simultaneously. If bidding occurs on one of the grouped lots\, all lots within that grou p will extend. INSPECTION: All items are available for inspe ction prior to the auction. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and determine condition before bidding.
