Please arrange to pick up items (excluding firearms, see below) within 7 days by calling Clay at 402-862-5903 after the auction's conclusion. All items are selling as is with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. This will be an online simulcast auction with pre-bidding as well as real-time bidding on the day of the sale. We will start on the cataloged items at 12:00 pm.
All firearms sold online have the following terms. 10% buyer’s premium added to your purchase. We WILL NOT ship guns. We WILL NOT sell firearms to the states of NY, NJ, CA, OR, MA. Handguns will not be sold to IL. You will need to pass a background check with our licensed FFL to buy a long gun or handgun. Please be able to scan your drivers license for us if buying online. Felons are not allowed to purchase firearms. To purchase a handgun, a Nebraska Concealed Carry Permit or Nebraska Firearm Purchase Certificate is required. A form 4473 with valid background check will need to be completed for all firearms purchased - NO EXCEPTIONS. Out of state buyers must pass a NICS background check in order to pickup a long gun from the auction site. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PICK YOUR PURCHASE UP THE SAME DAY OF THE SALE IN ORDER TO GET TRANSFERRED PROMPTLY. If this is not the case, please text Clay at 402-862-5903 to let him know before the sale.
