His collaboration with Burrows Tracts Real Estate commenced, leading to a dynamic partnership that continues to thrive. The year 2023 witnessed a pivotal development, as the Schaardt Auction Team was officially established within the ranks of Burrows Tracts Real Estate. This strategic move has enabled us to seamlessly conduct real estate auctions of land and offer real estate listings encompassing diverse properties, including land, homes, and commercial real estate. This year’s lineup is loaded with quality equipment, including a 2024 Kioti TL750 track skid loader with only 230 hours, 2006 J&M 875-18 grain cart, Patz 1100 Series 420 vertical mixer feedwagon, 2005 Kenworth W900 T/A sleeper truck tractor, and a 2021 Brandt GrainVac 5200 EX with only 77.6 hours. Also selling is a fleet of 6 vehicles from Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, additional farm and service vehicles, NEW one-trip shipping containers, 150+ lots of NEW skid loader attachments, NEW mini excavators, NEW car lifts, NEW tools and support equipment, NEW 4- and 6-seat golf carts, NEW electric tricycles, NEW mini dump trucks, NEW mini skidloaders, and much more. All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties; buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
