In October of 2021, Schaardt further fortified his professional credentials by obtaining his real estate salesperson license, a milestone that expanded the scope of his services. His collaboration with Burrows Tracts Real Estate commenced, leading to a dynamic partnership that continues to thrive. The year 2023 witnessed a pivotal development, as the Schaardt Auction Team was officially established within the ranks of Burrows Tracts Real Estate. This strategic move has enabled us to seamlessly conduct real estate auctions of land and offer real estate listings encompassing diverse properties, including land, homes, and commercial real estate. Today, Schaardt Auction Service and the Schaardt Auction Team with Burrows Tracts Real Estate operate as distinct but complementary entities, working in tandem to provide a comprehensive array of services that cater to the diverse needs of our valued clients. This dual approach empowers us to deliver unparalleled solutions in both the auction and real estate sectors.
