This is a live, in-person auction with online bidding available for select cataloged items. A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all online purchases. All items sell in as-is, where-is condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Cash or good check is accepted for in-person buyers. Online purchases over $1,500 must be paid via wire transfer with a $20 service fee. The auction company is not responsible for accidents, theft, or loss. Sale day announcements take precedence over all prior advertising. Items may be removed from the sale at the seller’s discretion.

Welcome to the Millie and Steve Avery Estate Auction. This auction is loaded with great assets! The auction will end on Saturday, August 9. At 12:30 PM on August 9, the online catalog will go live and you will be able to bid in real time as we sell the cataloged items.
Buyers Premium: There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling.
Location and Pickup of Items: All lots are located at All items are located at 70772 630 Ave, Du Bois, NE 68345. Pickup will need to be scheduled with Clay Schaardt at 402-862-5903.
Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If you are paying by card, please pay through the invoice prior to pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. Any returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made.
Sales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all purchases. If a purchase is ag exempt, you will need to fill out a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to have the exemption.
Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out the day following the auction.
Auction Closing: This is a live auction with online simulcast bidding. This means there are more items selling at the auction site that are not available for online bids. At 12:30 PM we will open the simulcast bidding and you will be able to bid in real time as we sell the online cataloged items.
