Welcome to the Schaardt Auction October Skid Steer attachment and equipment auction.
Buyers Premium: 2% Buyers Premium on all lots
Location and Pickup of Items: All lots will have a location posted once you click into the lot. All items will need to be picked up after they are paid for and within 2 weeks of the auction date. The auction company will give out seller's phone numbers of those items after they are paid for. All lots are located at our lot and can be picked up Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm by appointment only. Please call ahead before you show up to pickup your items. Any items left after 2 weeks will be charged a $25/day storage fee. After 30 days your item will be resold on another auction with a base commission of 10% charged as well as storage fees subtracted off your total.
Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If paying by cash you will need to contact the auction company to pay the auction company directly. If paying by check and you mail the check, please expect a longer wait time to pick up your items. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made. Payment must be made within 3 days after auction has ended.
Sales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all purchases. If a purchase is ag exempt, you will need to fill out a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to have the exemption.
Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out the day following the auction.
Auction Closing: This is a timed online auction with 3 lots closing every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 2 minutes of the auction on a lot, that lot will go into extended bidding and will continue to extend until no more bids are placed.
