Auction Closing:
This is a timed online-only auction that will begin to close on Sunday, August 3, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM. Five lots will close every two minutes. Extended bidding applies if bids are placed in the final 2 minutes of a lot’s closing.
Buyer's Premium:
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids.
Item Pickup:
Pickup will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 2:00–6:00 PM at 3024 K-63, Bern, KS. Skid loader assistance will be available for loading large items.
Payment Terms:
Invoices over $5,000: Wire transfer required + $20 service fee
Under $5,000: Payment accepted by cash, check, or card (3.5% card fee)
Returned checks will incur a $50 fee
Items will not be released until payment is made
Sales Tax:
No sales tax will be charged on this estate auction. It is tax exempt per Kansas regulations.
Condition and Inspection:
All items sell as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Interested buyers are encouraged to contact us to schedule a pre-auction inspection.

Welcome to the Tom and Sandy Rhian Estate Auction. This auction is loaded with great assets! The auction will end Sunday, September 7 starting at 6:00 pm.
Buyers Premium: There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling.
Location and Pickup of Items: All lots are located at 70774 Hwy 65, Pawnee City, NE 68420. Pickup will be Monday, September 8, 2025 from 2-6 PM. We will have load out assistance on larger items using a skid loader unless noted on the lots. Please bring any boxes for your items. ALSO, please bring help to load out any furniture, small items or anything you buy. We will not have help to load out small items.
Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If you are paying by card, please pay through the invoice prior to pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. Any returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made.
Sales tax: 5.5% Nebraska State Sales Tax will be charged.
Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out the day following the auction.
Auction Closing: This is a timed online auction with 5 lots closing every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 2 minutes of the auction on a lot, that lot will go into extended bidding for 60 seconds and will continue to extend until no more bids are placed.
