Pickup: Monday, August 25, 2025, from 2:00 – 6:00 PM (Skid loader assistance for larger items)
Terms & Conditions:
Buyer’s Premium: 10% on all purchases
Payment:
Invoices over $5,000: Wire transfer only ($20 service fee applies)
Invoices under $5,000: Cash, check, or credit card (3.5% card fee). Card payments must be completed prior to pickup.
Returned checks incur a $50 fee. Items will be released once payment is received.
Sales Tax: 5.5% applies unless a completed Nebraska Form 13 is provided for ag exemption
Condition: All items sell as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Closing Format: Timed online auction with 5 lots closing every 2 minutes. Bidding extends by 60 seconds if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes.
Invoices: Sent the day following the auction.

Welcome to the Schaardt Auction Service Monthly Consignment Auction. This auction is loaded with great assets! The auction will end Sunday, August 24 starting at 6:00 pm.
Buyers Premium: There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling.
Location and Pickup of Items: All lots are located at 62348 717 RD, Steinauer, NE 68441. Pickup will be Monday, August 25, 2025 from 2-6 PM. We will have load out assistance on larger items using a skid loader.
Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If you are paying by card, please pay through the invoice prior to pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. Any returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made.
Sales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all purchases. If a purchase is ag exempt, you will need to fill out a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to have the exemption.
Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out the day following the auction.
Auction Closing: This is a timed online auction with 5 lots closing every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 2 minutes of the auction on a lot, that lot will go into extended bidding for 60 seconds and will continue to extend until no more bids are placed.
