Auction Details:
Auction Close: Sunday, October 19, 2025 – Starting at 6:00 PM (CT)
Format: Timed online auction
Lot Closing: 5 lots close every 2 minutes
Extended Bidding: Any lot receiving a bid in the final 2 minutes will extend by 60 seconds until no further bids are placed
Payment Terms:
Invoices over $5,000: Wire transfer required (+$20 service fee)
Invoices under $5,000: Payable by cash, check, or credit card (3.5% fee on cards)
Card payments: Must be made through the invoice before pickup
Returned checks: Subject to a $50 convenience fee
No items will be released until payment is received in full

Sales Tax:
5.5% Nebraska state sales tax applies to all purchases
Tax-exempt buyers must submit a completed Nebraska Form 13 via email or mail before exemption is granted

Condition: All items sell as-is, where-is without warranty. Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but we recommend inspecting items before bidding

Welcome to the Schaardt Auction Service Monthly Consignment Auction. This auction is loaded with great assets! The auction will end Sunday, October 19 starting at 6:00 pm.
Buyers Premium: There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling.
Location and Pickup of Items: All lots are located at 62348 717 RD, Steinauer, NE 68441. Pickup will be Tuesday, October 21 and Wednesday October 22, from 1:30-5:30 PM each day. We will have load out assistance on larger items using a skid loader.
Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If you are paying by card, please pay through the invoice prior to pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. Any returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made.
Sales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all purchases. If a purchase is ag exempt, you will need to fill out a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to have the exemption.
Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out the day following the auction.
Auction Closing: This is a timed online auction with 5 lots closing every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 2 minutes of the auction on a lot, that lot will go into extended bidding for 60 seconds and will continue to extend until no more bids are placed.
