Schaardt Auction Service is honored to present the John and Sandy Roeber Living Estate Online Auction, offering a great selection of farm equipment, vehicles, tools, antiques, and household items. This auction features an IH 650 Tractor, a variety of tractor implements and attachments, and two well-kept vehicles including a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL with only 50,290 miles and a 1998 Ford F-150 2WD with approximately 80,000 miles. Additional highlights include horse tack, antiques, woodworking tools, a fishing boat, an Exmark zero-turn mower, along with a large assortment of tools, shop supplies, lawn and garden equipment, household goods, and more.
This is a great opportunity to bid on a quality line of equipment and personal property from the Roeber estate. The auction will be conducted online only and will begin closing Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM with a staggered closing format.
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases.
Auction Location & Pickup: All items are located at 28211 Church Road, Murdock, Nebraska. There will be ONE scheduled pickup day only, Monday, March 30, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with no exceptions. Buyers must bring their own help and equipment for loading. Please note that no loader will be available on site, and buyers should bring boxes or packing materials for smaller items.
Payment Terms: Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer with a $20 wire fee. Invoices under $5,000 may be paid by cash, check, or credit card (3.5% fee). Card payments should be completed online prior to pickup. Returned checks will incur a $50 fee, and items will not be released until payment has been made.
Sales Tax: Nebraska 5.5% state sales tax will apply where applicable.
Auction Format: This is a timed online auction with five lots closing every two minutes. If a bid is placed within the final one minute, the lot will automatically extend by one minute until no further bids are placed. Some similar lots may be grouped to close together and will extend together if bidding occurs.
Inspection: Items are available for inspection prior to the auction by appointment. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items to determine condition before bidding.
Condition of Items: All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for determining the condition and suitability of all items prior to bidding.
Titles: A $25 title processing fee will be charged for titled vehicles. Titles will be mailed by certified mail within 21 days after payment and pickup.
Invoices will be sent the day following the auction. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time. Failure to pay or remove purchased items may result in bidding privileges being revoked and additional fees or legal action.

Welcome to the John and Sandy Roeber Online auction. This auction is loaded with great assets! The auction will end Sunday, March 29, 2026 starting at 5:00 pm.
Buyers Premium: There is a 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling.
Location and Pickup of Items: THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE PICKUP DAY, NO EXCEPTIONS! All lots are located at 28211 Church Road, Murdock, NE. Pickup will be Monday, March 30, 2026 from 2-6 PM. If an item needs loaded with a loader you will have to find someone to load that item for you. We will not have a loader present at the auction site. Please bring any boxes for your items. ALSO, please bring help to load out any furniture, small items or anything you buy. We will not have help to load out small items.
Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If you are paying by card, please pay through the invoice prior to pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. Any returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made.
Sales tax: 5.5% Nebraska State Sales Tax will be charged.
Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out the day following the auction.
Auction Closing: This is a timed online auction with 5 lots closing every 2 minutes. If someone places a bid in the last 1 minute of the auction on a lot, that lot will go into extended bidding for 1 minute and will continue to extend until no more bids are placed.
GROUPED LOTS: Similar items may be in group close. This means they will close at the same time and they will extend if any of those lots receive a bid.
INSPECTION: All items are available for inspection ahead of the auction. Items are either at the auction company’s premise or the seller’s location. Please contact the seller of that item to setup an appointment to view. The seller’s contact information is posted on each lot. It is 100% the buyers sole responsibility to inspect items, determine condition, and to bid accordingly.
NONPAYING BIDDERS: We will ban you from participating in any of our online & live auctions indefinitely. IF DON'T INTEND ON FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH YOUR PURCHASE, DO NOT BID. Also if we must resell the item, you will be liable for any difference in price if sold for less than original auction. If the auction company pursues legal action against the non-paying bidder, all legal expenses of the auction company will be paid for by the buyer.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the picture. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly. Please let us know if there is an error. All sales are final, no refunds. It is the buyers sole responsibility to determine condition of the item.

1. Schaardt Auction Service (hereinafter referred to as SAS) is providing internet only bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at any time, including the auction closing time. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against SAS or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction closing time. SAS will not be responsible for any missed or failed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should place their maximum bids at least two hours prior to the auction closing time. SAS reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. In the event of any software problem, mistake or other issue, SAS reserves the right to extend the closing times, change the extension time, stop, restart or cancel this auction at its sole discretion. Even though an item may display as "sold" on the internet, no sales are final until they are certified by SAS and Bidder receives an invoice. SAS reserves the right to cancel any or all sales and resell the items in whatever manner it chooses. All property shall be removed from the premises by the Bidder at her/his own risk and expense within the time period announced. ALL MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT THIS AUCTION MUST BE REMOVED AT THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIMES LISTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. If a check accepted by SAS is returned for any reason, Bidder agrees that SAS may re-present it in person or electronically and collect the full amount of the check as well as a $50 charge. Any amount left unpaid shall accrue interest at the highest rate allowed under Nebraska state law. Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay all applicable taxes. Bidder agrees to indemnify SAS against any claim if sales tax is not collected on Bidder's purchases. Bidder agrees to not stop payment on any check paid to SAS. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card. Title to the merchandise transfers to Bidder only when Bidder's payment is honored. If any lawsuit arises, you the buyer agree to all court cases will take place in the Pawnee County Court System. If the buyer shall lose, the buyer will pay all of the auctioneer’s lawyer and court costs.
3. SAS may refuse registration and bidding privileges to anyone for failure to pay previous auction invoices, failure to provide a valid credit card or any other reason. Bidder hereby agrees that SAS may share information about Bidder's non-payment of auction invoices or shipping charges with other parties and may pursue collection of balances due by any legal means. Bidder agrees to provide any identification SAS may request including but not limited to: driver's license & state ID card. Bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with particular items.
4. Any/all Purchasers will be expected to rely upon his/her personal inspection or investigation of the property being offered at the Auction, or that of an approved party to Buyer, and not upon any representation of warranty or condition by the Seller or the Auction Company. Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of the Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD.
5. By registering for this auction you agree to be added to SAS's email list. Each email we send has an easy unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Please do not report our emails as spam. You will also be added to phone text message marketing for upcoming auctions. You may opt out by replying “Stop” to those text messages.
