All other lots will have the item location listed within the individual lot description. Reserve & Absolute Lots: Lots 1–127 will sell absolute to the highest bidder. Lots 128–200 are subject to seller reserve and confirmation. Buyer’s Premium: 4% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases. Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid by Friday, March 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or wire transfer ($20 fee). Credit cards are accepted only on invoices under $2,000 with an additional 3.5% processing fee. Any invoice not paid by the deadline will incur a $25 per day late fee. Nebraska 5.5% sales tax will apply unless a valid Nebraska Form 13 is provided for agricultural or resale exemption. Additional local tax may apply depending on item location. Cash payments exceeding $10,000 will require proper IRS reporting.
