Highlighted items include a 2018 John Deere S770 Hillco Combine, John Deere 4560 Tractor, and John Deere 8850 Tractor, along with a strong lineup of planters, tillage equipment, trucks, trailers, and cattle equipment. Additional highlights include a 2022 Vermeer 605N Cornstalk Special Baler, 2022 Vermeer VR1428 Wheel Rake, recreational items including a camper and boat, and a wide variety of farm support equipment.

Auction Date:
Tuesday, March 24, 2026 – Auction begins closing at 1:00 PM.
Location of Items:
Lots 1–127 are located at the Schaardt Auction Service yard at 71644 NE-50, Steinauer, NE 68441.
All other lots will have the item location listed within the individual lot description.
Reserve & Absolute Lots:
Lots 1–127 will sell absolute to the highest bidder.
Lots 128–200 are subject to seller reserve and confirmation.
Buyer’s Premium:
4% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases.
Payment Terms:
Invoices must be paid by Friday, March 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or wire transfer ($20 fee). Credit cards are accepted only on invoices under $2,000 with an additional 3.5% processing fee. Any invoice not paid by the deadline will incur a $25 per day late fee.
Nebraska 5.5% sales tax will apply unless a valid Nebraska Form 13 is provided for agricultural or resale exemption. Additional local tax may apply depending on item location. Cash payments exceeding $10,000 will require proper IRS reporting.
Pickup & Loadout:
Pickup for items located at the auction yard will be Wednesday, March 25 and Thursday, March 26 from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Loading assistance will be available at the auction yard. Please contact Clay at 402-862-5903 to schedule loadout if needed.
Items located offsite must be removed within 10 days of the auction unless other arrangements are made with the seller. Storage fees of $25 per day per item will apply after the stated pickup window.
Inspection:
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Contact information for sellers is provided within each lot to schedule an inspection appointment.
Auction Format:
This auction features staggered closing with a soft close format. Bids placed in the final two minutes will extend bidding on that lot to allow all bidders the opportunity to participate.
All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults and flaws, with no warranties expressed or implied.
