BUYER PREMIUM: 15% Buyer's Premium on all purchases.
ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All items sell with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Items may have cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, paint chips, cracks, or other imperfections resulting from shipping, handling, or previous ownership. Some items may be customer returns and could be missing parts or accessories. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
PAYMENT: Invoices are due by Friday, June 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM. We accept cash, check, wire transfer, and credit card payments (3.5% processing fee applies). Any invoice exceeding $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer and will incur a $20 wire fee. Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be collected where applicable unless a valid Nebraska Form 13 is on file.
PICKUP / LOADOUT: Friday, June 19, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Buyers are responsible for loading and removing their purchases during the scheduled pickup period. Storage fees of $25 per item, per day will apply to items not removed on pickup day.
SOFT CLOSE: This auction utilizes a soft-close format. Any bid placed within the final minute of bidding will automatically extend that lot by one additional minute. Lots will close in staggered intervals to simulate a live auction environment.
INSPECTION: All items are available for inspection prior to the auction. Bidders are responsible for determining the condition and suitability of items before placing bids.
NON-PAYING BIDDERS: Bidding is a legally binding contract. Failure to pay for purchases may result in suspension from future auctions and legal action to recover losses and expenses.

ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS WHERE- IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAWS: Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. Items have not been tested by the auction company unless it is stated in the item description. Items may have slight cosmetic damage from shipping, which could include cracks, paint chips and scratches. Some of these items are return items and may have slight flaws or could be missing items. By agreeing to these terms you understand you are buying all items being sold in their current as is condition with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. Bidders are strongly encouraged to come and test the items themselves.
PAYMENT: Invoices are due by Friday, June 19th by 5:00 PM.
We accept CASH, CHECK, and WIRE TRANSFERS. Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, credit card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If you are paying by card, please pay through the invoice prior to pickup. Cash and check can be paid at the auction pickup. Any returned checks will have a $50 convenience fee. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made. Any payment not received by Friday, June 19 at 5:00PM will be subject to a $25 late fee per day.
Any one person paying with cash over $10,000 will have the proper IRS payment filed.
Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be added to your invoice. If the item is located in a county or city with additional tax, that will be applied. If you are claiming an exemption from sales tax for Ag or Resale, please complete a Nebraska Form 13 unless the auction company has one on file. All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds. You are contractually obligated to pay your items. You will be liable for damages and expenses for collecting payment if legal means are needed.
LOADING: Items need to be picked up on the loadout day of Friday, June 19 from 9 am - 5pm. Items not picked up will be charged storage fees of $25 per day per item. Items not removed in 30 days from the auction will become ownership of the auction company with no refunds given to the buyer.
STAGGERED CLOSING: Auction uses a soft close bidding feature to create a live auction atmosphere. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will reset the clock on that item to 1 minute. This will continue until there are no bids placed inside the last the minute of the item. Three lots are spaced 2 minutes apart so all items will close over a period of time.
GROUPED LOTS: Similar items may be in group close. This means they will close at the same time and they will extend if any of those lots receive a bid.
INSPECTION: All items are available for inspection ahead of the auction. Items are either at the auction company’s premise or the seller’s location. Please contact the seller of that item to setup an appointment to view. The seller’s contact information is posted on each lot. It is 100% the buyers sole responsibility to inspect items, determine condition, and to bid accordingly.
NONPAYING BIDDERS: We will ban you from participating in any of our online & live auctions indefinitely. IF DON'T INTEND ON FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH YOUR PURCHASE, DO NOT BID. Also if we must resell the item, you will be liable for any difference in price if sold for less than original auction. If the auction company pursues legal action against the non-paying bidder, all legal expenses of the auction company will be paid for by the buyer.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the picture. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly. Please let us know if there is an error. All sales are final, no refunds. It is the buyers sole responsibility to determine condition of the item.
TITLES: A $25.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 21 days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS .
1. Schaardt Auction Service (hereinafter referred to as SAS) is providing internet only bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at any time, including the auction closing time. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against SAS or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction closing time. SAS will not be responsible for any missed or failed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should place their maximum bids at least two hours prior to the auction closing time. SAS reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. In the event of any software problem, mistake or other issue, SAS reserves the right to extend the closing times, change the extension time, stop, restart or cancel this auction at its sole discretion. Even though an item may display as "sold" on the internet, no sales are final until they are certified by SAS and Bidder receives an invoice. SAS reserves the right to cancel any or all sales and resell the items in whatever manner it chooses. All property shall be removed from the premises by the Bidder at her/his own risk and expense within the time period announced. ALL MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT THIS AUCTION MUST BE REMOVED AT THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIMES LISTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. If a check accepted by SAS is returned for any reason, Bidder agrees that SAS may re-present it in person or electronically and collect the full amount of the check as well as a $50 charge. Any amount left unpaid shall accrue interest at the highest rate allowed under Nebraska state law. Unless exempted by law, the purchaser shall pay all applicable taxes. Bidder agrees to indemnify SAS against any claim if sales tax is not collected on Bidder's purchases. Bidder agrees to not stop payment on any check paid to SAS. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card. Title to the merchandise transfers to Bidder only when Bidder's payment is honored. If any lawsuit arises, you the buyer agree to all court cases will take place in the Pawnee County Court System. If the buyer shall lose, the buyer will pay all of the auctioneer’s lawyer and court costs.
3. SAS may refuse registration and bidding privileges to anyone for failure to pay previous auction invoices, failure to provide a valid credit card or any other reason. Bidder hereby agrees that SAS may share information about Bidder's non-payment of auction invoices or shipping charges with other parties and may pursue collection of balances due by any legal means. Bidder agrees to provide any identification SAS may request including but not limited to: driver's license & state ID card. Bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with particular items.
4. Any/all Purchasers will be expected to rely upon his/her personal inspection or investigation of the property being offered at the Auction, or that of an approved party to Buyer, and not upon any representation of warranty or condition by the Seller or the Auction Company. Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of the Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD.
5. By registering for this auction you agree to be added to SAS's email list. Each email we send has an easy unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Please do not report our emails as spam. You will also be added to phone text message marketing for upcoming auctions. You may opt out by replying “Stop” to those text messages.
