By placing a bid in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions of the sale.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchases.
ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS, WHERE-IS
All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND FLAWS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Items have not been tested unless specifically stated in the item description. Many items are customer returns or overstock merchandise and may have cosmetic damage from shipping or handling, including scratches, dents, paint chips, or cracks. While obvious defects may be disclosed when observed, every function of every item is not tested. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding.
PAYMENT
Invoices are due Wednesday, July 22, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
Accepted forms of payment include:
- Cash
- Check
- Wire Transfer
- Credit Card (3.5% convenience fee)
Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer and are subject to a $20 wire transfer fee. Credit card payments should be completed online prior to pickup. Returned checks will incur a $50 fee.
No items will be released until payment has been received. Any unpaid invoice after Wednesday, July 22 at 5:00 PM will be assessed a $25 per day late fee.
Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will apply where applicable. Additional local taxes may also apply. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a completed Nebraska Form 13 unless one is already on file with Schaardt Auction Service.
LOADING & PICKUP
Pickup will be held:
- Monday, July 20: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, July 21: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, July 22: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No exceptions.
Items not removed during the scheduled pickup dates will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. Buyers may also be prohibited from participating in future Schaardt Auction Service auctions. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own equipment and assistance for loading purchases.
STAGGERED CLOSING
This auction features a soft close. Any bid placed within the final one minute of a lot will automatically extend bidding on that lot by one additional minute. Five lots will close every 1½ minutes until the auction is complete.
GROUPED LOTS
Certain similar lots may be grouped together and close simultaneously. If bidding occurs on any lot within the group, all lots in that group will automatically extend.
INSPECTION
All items are available for inspection prior to the auction. Buyers are encouraged to inspect merchandise and determine condition before bidding. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to inspect items and bid accordingly.
NONPAYING BIDDERS
Nonpaying bidders will be permanently banned from future Schaardt Auction Service auctions. Buyers are responsible for any collection costs, legal fees, or losses incurred as a result of nonpayment.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES
Buyers are bidding on the item description, not the photograph. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.
TITLED ITEMS
A $25 title processing fee will apply to all titled items. Titles will be mailed via certified mail within 21 days after payment has been received and the purchased item has been picked up.
AUCTION COMPANY RIGHTS
Schaardt Auction Service reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items, modify or extend bidding times, or cancel the auction if necessary due to technical or operational circumstances. All sales become final upon certification by Schaardt Auction Service.
BUYER PREMIUM: 15% Buyers Premium on all Lots.
