ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAWS: All items sell without any warranty, expressed or implied. This flooring is factory second merchandise, and buyers understand that up to 10% of the product may contain defects. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items prior to bidding.
PAYMENT: Invoices are due following the close of the auction. We accept cash, check, and wire transfers. Any invoice over $5,000 must be paid by wire transfer and will incur a $20 wire transfer fee.
LOADOUT: We will load full pallets of flooring. Pickup day is Friday, August 14 from 8 am - 5 pm.
