This online auction will begin closing Wednesday, May 27 at 1:00 PM CST. All items are located at the Schaardt Auction Service Auction Facility at 71644 NE-50, Steinauer, NE 68441. All lots sell absolute to the highest bidder with no reserve prices.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS: By bidding in the auction, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction.

RESERVE PRICES & ABSOLUTE AUCTION: ALL lots sell absolute to the highest bidder.
BUYER PREMIUM: 4% Buyers Premium on all Lots.
ALL ITEMS SELL AS-IS WHERE-IS WITH ALL FAULTS & FLAWS: Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. Items have not been tested by the auction company unless stated in the item description. Items may have slight cosmetic damage from shipping which could include scratches, paint chips, and minor imperfections. If obvious mechanical flaws are noticed, they may be disclosed, however not every function of every item is tested. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
PAYMENT: Invoices are due by Thursday, May 28 at 5:00 PM. We accept CASH, CHECK, and WIRE TRANSFERS. CREDIT CARDS are accepted only on invoices under $2,000 and are subject to an additional 3.5% processing fee. Wire Transfers are subject to a $20 fee. Any payment not received by Thursday, May 28 at 5:00 PM will incur a $25 per day late fee.
Nebraska sales tax of 5.5% will be added where applicable unless a Nebraska Form 13 is provided and approved. All sales are final with absolutely no refunds.
LOADING & PICKUP: Pickup will be Wednesday, May 27 immediately following the auction until 5:00 PM and Thursday, May 28 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Loading assistance will be available at the auction yard during scheduled pickup times. Items not removed within the scheduled timeframe will incur storage fees of $25 per day per item.
STAGGERED CLOSING: This auction features a soft close format. Any bid placed within the final 2 minutes of bidding will extend that lot by 1 minute. Four lots will close every 2 minutes until all lots are sold.
GROUPED LOTS: Certain similar items may close together in grouped lot closings. If one lot in the group receives a bid during the extension period, all lots in the group will extend.
INSPECTION: All items are available for inspection prior to the auction. Buyers are responsible for determining the condition and suitability of items before bidding.
NONPAYING BIDDERS: Nonpaying bidders will be permanently banned from participating in future auctions and may be subject to legal action and collection expenses.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: Buyers are bidding on the description, not the photograph. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for verifying all information and inspecting items prior to bidding.
TITLES: A $25 title fee will apply to any titled item. Titles will be mailed via certified mail within 21 days after payment and pickup have been completed.
