Late payments incur $25/day. Any cash payment over $10,000 will be filed with the IRS as required. Sales tax: 5.5% Nebraska tax applies, plus any additional county/city tax. LOADOUT & STORAGE Pickup Day: Sunday, December 21 • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Items not picked up will incur $25/day per item storage. Items remaining after 45 days become property of the auction company with no refund. AUCTION CLOSING DETAILS Soft Close: Any bid within the last 2 minutes extends the lot to 1 minute. Staggered Closing: Five lots close every 2 minutes. Grouped Lots: Similar items may close together and will extend together. INSPECTION All items are available for inspection. Items may be at SAS or at a seller’s location. Contact information is listed on each lot. Buyers must inspect items and bid accordingly. NON-PAYING BIDDERS Non-paying bidders will be permanently banned and held liable for all damages, resale losses, and legal expenses. Do not bid unless you intend to pay.
