GROUPED LOTS: Certain similar lots may be grouped together and close simultaneously. If bidding occurs on one of the grouped lots, all lots within that group will extend. INSPECTION: All items are available for inspection prior to the auction. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and determine condition before bidding. NONPAYING BIDDERS: Nonpaying bidders will be banned indefinitely from participating in future Schaardt Auction Service auctions.
